As part of our people engagement efforts, we interviewed Cecile of The Gild Group’s accounting team in Manila. Cecile is an accountant for Gild. In this new interview, she talks about her experience working with Gild and the Intogreat team.

THE INTERVIEW

Describe your work with Gild.

Cecile is an accountant working with Gild’s Manila offshore team. Her duties and responsibilities mainly include the overall accounting for The Gild Group’s clients.


Describe being part of the Gild Group.

Cecile: Being part of the Gild Group is an amazing experience for me. I get the chance to work with awesome and very intelligent people — both offshore and onshore.


Describe working with Intogreat.

Cecile: I always have a great time working with the Intogreat team.


Do you see opportunities for you at Intogreat?

Cecile: Yes. Intogreat gives its employees a wide room to grow.


Does your work give you a feeling of personal accomplishment?

Cecile: Yes. My work in The Gild Group is both challenging and full of learnings. Every time I surpass the challenge for the day, it’s a great accomplishment for me.


How satisfied are you with the teamwork in the Intogreat workplace?

Cecile: Something that I like the most at Intogreat is its teamwork. You can always count on anyone whenever you need help with anything, even though they’re not on your team.


Do you enjoy being part of the Intogreat family?

Cecile: Being part of the Intogreat family is an enjoyable experience for me.
