When COVID-19 hit cities around the globe, most businesses were in a state of panic and fear. Many of our clients’ business operations have been affected, and the government ordered to let their employees work remotely and safely at home while battling this pandemic.
In response, we at Intogreat activated our business continuity protocol by facilitating a work-from-home (WFH) environment for our staff members. This enabled our offshore teams to continue working safely and efficiently to deliver optimal services to all our clients with little to no disruptions.
We were able to transition all our clients’ offshore staff to a 100% WFH setup, supporting their operations at 100% productivity.
