When it comes to creating an environment that fosters employee engagement, the Intogreat team continues to develop new strategies to make sure that staff engagement is a priority in the workplace.
In line with our staff engagement efforts, the Intogreat team conducted a one-on-one interview with AB Phillips’ offshore team. Roger (Processing Support) and Peachy (SME) shared their accomplishments and fulfilling experience working with the ABP onshore team and the Intogreat management.
By asking the right questions pertaining to key aspects of staff engagement, the Intogreat team was able to achieve the goal of the interview — to gauge our staff’s levels of engagement and therefore determine the key factors contributing to our team members’ job satisfaction.
