INTOGREAT HOLDS FIRST TOWNHALL FOR 2020

To kickstart the year, Team Intogreat held the first Townhall event for 2020 last January 22 in our Eastwood offices in Quezon City.

The agenda for this year’s first Townhall meet included the following:

Danielle, I2G’s Chief Operating Officer, welcomed the newest additions to Team Intogreat along with the Foundations / Business Preparation, Accounting Stream, Insurance Stream and People Management team leads.

Danielle then announced the latest company updates for this first quarter of 2020. Intogreat’s team leads then focused on the results of the last employee engagement survey, as well as the organisation’s recent accomplishments and incentives for I2G’s Manila staff.

Our offshore teams are the foundation of our continued success. Danielle and the I2G management team proceeded with the Awards & Recognition ceremonies in recognition of the outstanding efforts and excellent performances of our Manila staff.

This much-awaited awarding programme comprises a huge part of our organisation’s employee engagement activities. A well-deserved congratulations and applause for the dedicated, hardworking members of Team Jep, Team DJ, Team Maj, Team RJ, and Team Jhena!
