In this interview with I2G’s COO, Danielle Wruck tells us about:

► How our strategy supports the delivery of our company’s vision, which is to make offshoring…

  • EASY
  • REWARDING
  • SUCCESSFUL

► Why Intogreat focuses on 3 key things:

  • CLIENTS
  • PEOPLE
  • PERFORMANCE

HOW INTOGREAT’S OPERATIONS STRATEGY

ENSURES OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

► CLIENTS

Firstly, our clients. We spend time understanding our client’s needs and take the time to build strong and trusted relationships with our customers. We work hard to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, and we are truly focused on our clients’ businesses so that we can help deliver value to their organisations.

The highly skilled offshore team at Intogreat focus on establishing strong connections between PEOPLE, PROCESS, ADMINISTRATION and COMMUNICATIONS so that nothing falls between the gaps. “Creating connections and leaving no gaps” – it’s what Intogreat does for its clients. Intogreat’s first offering provides end-to-end project management to successfully establish functional activities and a highly capable offshore team in just weeks. The team at Intogreat deliver foundation services to onshore clients to successfully offshore their business operations in the long term.

► PEOPLE

At Intogreat, we also give high importance to our people management and engagement. We work hard to create an engaged, motivated, and high-performing offshore team. We highlight our values and demonstrate them through our behaviors so that we focus on care, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Our People Management services focus on staff training and upskilling, staff performance measurement, and staff engagement. This is to equip the team with the right cultural understanding, and to make sure that they are up-to-date on any changes in management with regard to their onshore and their offshore team.

► PERFORMANCE

Lastly is our performance. We focus on high quality and the timeliness of our work, and we focus on continuous improvement so that we can keep striving towards operational excellence.

Engaging people is not just about reducing attrition. Danielle, our COO, is passionate about engaging people as she believes that workplaces can be fulfilling, enjoyable, and rewarding spaces for people to thrive. This creates the right environment that fosters a workplace of performance, motivation, and dedication.

By doing this, the team at Intogreat can guarantee not just employee satisfaction but also:

  • better work outputs
  • growth and skills enhancement
  • the ability to take on additional tasks and complexity
  • value-adding improvements

Ultimately, this can relate to longer tenure. All of these aspects provide benefits to Intogreat’s clients in the Insurance Broking, Accounting, Financial Services, and Professional Services industries.

► STAFF ENGAGEMENT AS A PRIORITY

At Intogreat, we look at building engagement of team members in multiple ways. Firstly, we get to know our people. Building strong relationships create trust, commitment, and a sense of belonging. Secondly, we provide team members with the tools that they need to be successful. It’s also important to have clear goals and expectations. We establish such goals and expectations and work with our clients so that we’re all on the same page.

► STAFF TRAINING

Staff training is also a major part of our People Management strategy. We’re more focused on providing training and ongoing support to our team members. Team leaders here play an essential role in this. They are the subject matter experts and coaches. We also recognise good work and celebrating success with the team, as much as we listen to what our staff have to say. We do this informally but also formally.

We get to know our staff with our year-round coaching and engagement activities. Apart from client satisfaction surveys, we also conduct surveys among our offshore staff. We listen to their feedback, and then take action. Lastly, we are all about building a positive and inclusive community.
