Before ushering in the next quarter, Intogreat recently held the 3rd Townhall meet for this year last September 19. The agenda for the last Townhall included the following:

OPENING PROGRAM

Adam (Managing Director) welcomed the latest additions to the team along with the Foundations / Business Preparations, Insurance Stream and People Management team leads.

WHAT DO OUR STAFF HAVE TO SAY?

The consolidated staff feedback from the Intogreat offshore team was first in the agenda. Feedback from the most recent pre and post-activity satisfaction surveys included:


  • Staff Incentives & Benefits
  • Communication
  • Employee coaching, training & engagement activities

 

The management then discussed strategic plans for continuous improvement and to address the feedback from the most recent survey conducted for the months of July-September 2019. Results of the previous quarterly surveys are as follows.

WHAT HAVE WE ACCOMPLISHED?

  1. New HMO provider with better coverage
  2. New pantry concessionaires
  3. Updated employment contract
  4. New meeting room



The management continued with the latest updates concerning the new HMO provider, the new concessionaire, the scheduled signing of the updated employment contracts, and I2G’s official meeting room. Feedback from staff focused on facilities and office environment. We at Intogreat always listen to staff feedback and continue to prioritise opportunities for improvement.

What do our Team Leaders focus on and how do they ensure success?

To ensure continued success, the management team at Intogreat formulated a new strategy plan to focus on the following areas:

AREAS TO ENSURE SUCCESS 

The team leads of Intogreat will focus on these from this point onwards during monthly coaching activity and client engagements:


PEOPLE


Monthly 1-on-1 coaching will include catch-up discussion as well as:

  • Staff Performance
  • KPIs
  • Improvement opportunities for their client
  • Development Plan reflection
  • Wellbeing
  • Frequency: at least 1 x monthly and should take a minimum of 30 minutes
  • Reactive Coaching Frequency: Immediately


CLIENTS

  • OPERATING RHYTHM Frequency: at least monthly meetings
  • MEETING AGENDA to include: feedback from staff on the client, client’s feedback on staff’s performance, Continuous Improvement opportunities, Productivity and Performance, Staff Attendance, Holidays

PROCESS

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:  Understanding improvement opportunities for our clients by working with staff

STAFF RECOGNITION & AWARDS

To recognise not only the tenured staff but also new onboarded staff who have shown exceptional deliverables to our clients, Team I2G commenced the recognition ceremonies with the new Rookie of the Quarter. Congratulatory greetings cheered on the outstanding team members who won Employee of the Quarter and the Going the Extra Mile Award.
