A Hybrid Approach

The Way We Work at Intogreat

Staff satisfaction with a balanced work approach

At Intogreat, keeping people at the heart of everything we do and creating a work environment where we can be at our absolute best are two crucial elements of our success.

Our goal is to have a globally relevant working model that considers staff needs in alignment with the requirements of our clients and our business. We have designed our approach based on listening to staff, consulting with clients and examining external trends.

We believe that, for the majority of our staff, a blend of working at the office and from home – hybrid working – may help to balance flexibility, high performance, collaboration, meaningful connection and satisfaction.

There are times when working from home on focused tasks is invaluable for our people, but being in our office for collaboration and learning is also important for building relationships, capabilities and generating ideas.

What are the ways of working at Intogreat?

In contrast to many other companies in the Philippines, we offer a range of hybrid working models in three formats:

Model Overview Details Example of Staff Arrangements
Permanent Work From Home Full-time work from home set-up Occasionally in the office for specific purposes such as training, townhalls, team collaboration, events. Sally works from home; she attends the office when invited to company events, meetings or training. Bob works from home; there is no need for Bob to come into the office unless he chooses to.
Home/Office Blend Mix of regular home and office Set regular days at home and at the office. These may be set by week, by fortnight, by month. Kat works in the office two days a week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. John works in the office one day per month, i.e. the last Friday of every month.
Permanent Office All days at office Occasionally at home as needed. May help to accommodate for family commitments, health symptoms preventing work in office (but well enough to work at home), professional appointments, transportation disruption, weather. Carl works in the office, but has up to two days every month to choose to work at home. Robyn works in the office, but can ask to work from home at any time by giving at least one full day’s notice of approval.

Working arrangements may differ from person to person, or even within the same client or team. A staff member’s hybrid experience may also change over time to adapt to changing circumstances.

100% office and 100% home are also models we still use for cases when flexibility is not needed.

All staff, other than those who work 100% from the office, will keep a monitor at home as well as in the office. This is provided by Intogreat.

What do Intogreat staff say about the company’s hybrid approach?

Ivy | Finance Analyst

Having a "work from home" setup at Intogreat gives us comfort by not having to commute every day, and we can work productively while at home.

But now that the hybrid setup has been implemented, scheduling two days a week in the office is a great opportunity that gives us the flexibility to both be at home and in the office if needed, especially in reaching out to colleagues easily to discuss those concerns which cannot be properly discussed online.

Tin | HR Generalist

Intogreat’s hybrid working model where I can still work remotely twice a week, allows me to spend less time commuting and more time in working productively in the comfort of my home. It also helps to strengthen the bond within the organisation because of the trust and support of the management.

I am thankful to Intogreat for considering this setup that puts their employee’s welfare first.
