We will provide your new team with everything they need and set up your cybersecurity system so your data remains 100% safe. We offer cultural awareness coaching to your employees, New Ways of Working training, and you’ll get a dedicated project manager to oversee it all.
You don’t have to deal with any admin work, payroll, internal staff problems, or management. We do all of this for you.
We’ll also help you improve the performance of your team and help them upskill. Expect an exceptionally low attrition rate with your offshore staff (less than 8% per year) because we provide them with an excellent work environment. Your offshore team will be led by an on-site manager, who’ll be a skilled professional in your industry.
