I2G TEAM BUILDING 2019

To celebrate teamwork, camaraderie and leadership, the Intogreat team spent a fun-filled weekend of games, challenges, and friendly competition last May 18-19, 2019 at Pranjetto Hills Resort, Tanay, Rizal. The theme “molding a good team INTO a GREAT team” highlighted everyone’s cooperation and togetherness. The management team prepared a list of energizing activities consisting of Ice Breaker Games, Leadership Games, and a sweat-inducing Obstacle Course Team Challenge.

The designated leaders of the 3 groups—Team Kwek-kwek (RED), Team Binatog (BLUE), and Team Betamax (GREEN)—led their respective teams throughout the competition as we showcased our idea of fun and R&R for the summer season.

Intogreat’s Managing Director Adam and our Operations Manager Marc welcomed our Manila offshore team to Pranjetto Hills around 11:00am. Together with I2G’s department heads, Adam joined in on the fun and encouraged the group dynamics among all teams as we held exciting contests till late in the afternoon.

We at Intogreat made this special event happen in order to achieve our team-building goals: 1 – Promote I2G’s Brand Personality (confident, reliable, friendly), 2 – Camaraderie, and 3 – Teamwork.

The Closing Ceremonies started with the much-awaited I2G FUN AWARDS (e.g. Early Bird Award, Mother Hen Award, Class Comedian Award, Wikipedia Award, Energizer Bunny Award, to name a couple) presented by Adam, Marc, and Rai to all deserving awardees and the rest of the fun-loving participants. The Green Team won Best in Team Cheer, beating the other groups and eventually bagging the TEAM BUILDING GAMES OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP.
