Every three months Intogreat carries out a Business Improvement Client Satisfaction survey to understand what we do well and what we can do better with our business improvement offering. We asked our clients to rate us on a scale of 1 to 10 on five questions relating to the BI services Intogreat provides around process improvement, process and procedures documentation, customer journey mapping, workflow, automation, knowledge management solution, etc.
