Q4 Townhall Session 2022

25 November 2022

November 18, and with the last quarter of 2022 upon us, it was time for the I2G Townhall, which was held face-to-face and virtually at Intogreat’s office in Eastwood City, Quezon City.

The session started with a presentation by Intogreat’s founder and CEO Adam Conrad who reminded everyone of the company’s vision: to make offshoring easy, rewarding, and successful for our global clients and an exceptional place for our staff to be their best. We deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients through the values that define our team of highly engaged and capable people. Intogreat also provides excellent quality service not only to our clients but also to our staff. Adam also pointed out why clients preferred us as their offshoring partner. He discussed the value of our services, how we help our clients to increase their revenue, improve their customer experience, and minimize attrition rates. Our commitment to delivering value, strengthens and grows our clients’ business and provides a happy workplace for our staff as they work with our processes to simplify the offshoring journey.

Townhall Session

One of Intogreat’s notable achievements is the excellent response from clients to our Business Preparation Services and Business Improvement Services surveys, as well as the overall survey results from the past four years that show we provide our customers with a great experience in offshoring and business optimisation consulting, and that we make offshoring successful for all our SME clients across a broad range of industries.

Adam also highlighted the enhancement of employee benefits while introducing the new HMO (Health Maintenance Organisation) provider, ETIQA. The HMO staff coverage will be available from the employee’s first day. The good thing about this enhanced HMO is that it has upgraded protection from one dependent to two free dependents, with a maximum benefit limit of PHP200,000 for the principal; an increase from PHP150,000. Other employee benefits have been upgraded to support our people and their families, which is one of the core values of Intogreat. We care about our employees’ needs and family support, especially when it comes to health-related matters. Other enhanced benefits which Adam covered were the additional PTO (Paid Time Off) and bereavement aid.

Another new company program is the Insurance and Accounting Academy. This initiative will help to improve our staff skills in Australian accounting and insurance procedures. It actively supports new staff in gaining foundational knowledge through bridging programs and provides ongoing learning and development. This training will not incur any additional cost for our clients. In addition, Intogreat introduced further learning and career development schemes for our staff, including long-term career development plans. Such schemes have delivered excellent staff engagement results and are a good example of how we strive to make Intogreat the best workplace for our staff.

Townhall Session

Intogreat will continue to evaluate staff benefits to make sure our people receive only the best. Here are some things to watch out for in the first quarter of 2023:

  • Intogreat will conduct team-building events to promote camaraderie and strengthen relationships within the team.
  • Also, staff can join employee clubs based on their interests. This project will also aim to showcase each individual’s talents and skills.

One of next year’s highlights is sure to be the extension of Intogreat premises to the 7th floor of Felina, where our firm will occupy a fresh new space, complete with Intogreat branding. This new site will accommodate 165 production seats, a larger pantry, bigger boardroom, and training and huddle rooms. To top things off, it will also feature a fitness area for employees to enjoy healthy living and a good lifestyle; something which has generated great excitement among our staff. The opening is slated for March 2023.

Paolo Zialcita, the Sourcing Team Lead discussed the employee referral program and the benefits of referring. He provided updates on the scheme, which showed that 49% of our staff were hired as a result of the program and 80% of employees are participating. The Sourcing and Recruitment team also successfully conducted their Employee Referral Program Week event, in which they gained an 89% satisfaction rate. Paolo also introduced the latest winners for the 2022 Employee Referral Program.

In addition, Paolo brought up the current openings at Intogreat and the associated referral incentives. For 2023, the Sourcing and Recruitment team will have their first ever Referral Ambassador. Keep your eyes peeled for further details.

Danielle Wruck, our COO, introduced Intogreat’s latest clients: a total of 19 new accounts. She also presented the new members of the executive team: Chris Campbell, Financial Controller, and Brad Cowling, General Manager of People and Culture, who, in turn, introduced themselves to the staff. Together with the new executive members, Danielle also highlighted our newly hired leaders:
