Laarni is a senior accountant working with Gild’s Manila accounting team. Laarni provides business management services for clients of Gild and oversees all accounting books of The Gild Group.

Describe being part of The Gild Group.
Laarni: Really exciting, challenging and fulfilling. Gild Group caters to businesses of different industries. Hence, it’s not limiting in terms of learning and continuous improvement.

Describe working with Intogreat.

Laarni: No matter how challenging a task is or how tired I am at the end of the day, I always feel satisfied that the work I have delivered is of value.

How satisfied are you with the teamwork in the Intogreat workplace?
Laarni: The thing I like most about Intogreat is that people who are willing to help is never scarce. If you experience issues with your work performance, there’s always someone you can go to for assistance or support.

Do you enjoy being part of the Intogreat family?
Laarni: Definitely. I regard my superiors and teammates as partners in accomplishing something. It’s always a pleasure to get to work alongside these wonderful people.

Duties & Responsibilities
Erns is a senior tax accountant for Gild. Erns prepares activity statements, year-end financial statements and tax returns of Gild clients from the music, entertainment and hospitality industries.

THE INTERVIEW:

Describe being part of The Gild Group.
Erns: Working with Gild opened doors for me in an industry I’m not really familiar with. Even though I don’t really have a background in music and entertainment, The Gild Group (TGG) still believes in me and in what I can offer to the firm and to its clients.

Describe working with Intogreat.

Erns: One thing that I noticed and appreciate about Intogreat (I2G) is the warm work culture. When you’re walking in the hallway, people would smile at you and engage you with small conversations even though they’re not members of your team.

Do you see opportunities for you at Intogreat?
Erns: Yes, of course. Intogreat is a growing company.

Does your work give you a feeling of personal accomplishment?

Erns: Yes. I’m given a free hand with my owkr and the chance to collaberate with my counterpart in Australia, wherein we can discuss improvements. This makes me feel that I’m adding value to what I’m doing.

How satisfied are you with the teamwork in the Intogreat workplace?

Erns: I’m very happy with the teamwork. Intogreat consists of not only of tax accountants or accountants; it consists of people in different professions. If you need help in other areas, you can approach anyone.

Do you enjoy being part of the Intogreat family?

Erns: I love being part of Intogreat. During company events and Townhall meets, we have this opportunity to mingle with other teams wherein you’ll feel at home and discover that you’re surrounded with nice people.
