I2G 2nd Anniversary

This is another year to celebrate the success of the employees and company as we celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of Intogreat which was held on July 27, 2020 at 3:00pm.
Due to the postponing of physical event gathering, to maintain social distancing and avoid the spread of virus for the safety of our employees, Intogreat still had its way to recognize the effort and achievement of the employees as we celebrated it virtually.
This year’s event theme is about “Growing stronger through embracing adversity.” Experiencing the difficulties and challenges in this pandemic, the love and care of the company gives us the strength to continue to survive.
The event was started by the opening remarks of the CEO Adam Conrad. As the difficulties happened this year, Adam reminisce the fun and enjoyment of the employees in the first anniversary celebration in Richmond Hotel last July 19, 2020. He also highlighted this year’s success in the operations and achievement of the company together with the highly motivated staff who making the business on the top.
By making the event more memorable, the client staff provided “Thank You” videos for their clients. Client staff are very thankful they still have a job during this pandemic and wanted to let their clients know.. To continue the fun and excitement in this year’s event, we played a virtual game of “Snap It”. In this game, the host showed random photos And the first participant to give the first correct answer in the zoom chat box was the winner and the competition was red hot.
The highlight of the event is the I2G “Great Awards”. These awards are given to employees with exceptional performance and exemplary work behaviors. who exemplified hard work and dedication for the year. The winners have all been nominated throughout the Financial Year by their clients or Line Managers.

After presenting the employees with exceptional performance, the final round of the “Snap It” game was continued in the difficult level with two questions to be answered by the participants and the winners will receive a cash prize.
The COO of Intogreat Danielle Wruck delivered the closing remarks by mentioning the success of the company this year and expressing her gratitude to the employees who contributed their energy and commitment to the company and she also thanked the team who made the event happened in a virtual setup. Danielle ended the event through a famous quote by Winston Churchill, “A pessimist sees the difficulty; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” This means that having a positive mind has a great impact in supplementing the possibilities in the future. With a great challenges and great achievement ahead and with the help of employees, this year makes the best year yet.
Building the success together with the dedicated and hard-working staff makes the goal achieve. Challenges will come but making ourselves stronger everything will be great.
