As November 29, 2023, rolled around, it was time for our Q4 Townhall meeting, and what an event it was! Held in a hybrid format, the meeting brought together our team: Some joining us via Zoom while others gathered at our production site at
Felina Corporate Plaza in Quezon City . It was a day filled with exciting announcements, insightful discussions, and a glimpse into the future of our company.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome from our CEO, Adam. With gratitude in his heart, he extended a hearty welcome to the new clients who joined us in Q4. He also shared the good news of our satisfactory results and, to top it off, the announcement of Christmas bonuses and upcoming festive activities to spread the holiday cheer among our dedicated team.
Brad, the general manager for People and Culture, followed with an informative presentation on the latest developments in the company's HR systems and introduced Panda – a new HR platform that focuses on improving quality monitoring, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. This emphasis on streamlining HR processes demonstrates our commitment to our core values, #WeInnovate, in making work more efficient and enjoyable for our employees.
Following Adam's address, General Managers Matt and Trevor took the stage to extend their welcome and appreciation to the team. Their encouraging words and support reaffirmed the sense of belonging and shared goals within our organization.
Jovey, our Head of IT, also addressed a topic of utmost importance: data security. The IT team presented a compelling video that highlighted the various ways to secure our data and offered important reminders to all employees on how to safeguard our clients' valuable information. Moreover, Jovey and his team celebrated the winner of the NINJIO Mega Quiz, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and vigilance when it comes to cybersecurity.
Jhena, Head of Strategy and PMO, shared exciting updates about our Client Referral Program. She congratulated Ms. Laceria on successfully onboarding a new client and provided insights into new ways to encourage and reward client referrals. Our team's dedication to growing our client base was evident, and Jhena's presentation fueled our motivation.
Sheena, our HR for Business Partnerships, then took the stage to discuss our employee well-being initiatives. She highlighted past events like Wellness Week and the Spooktacular event while unveiling exciting plans for the future. Upcoming activities include a sports fest, fun run, outdoor activities, Christmas hampers, and a year-end celebration. These initiatives showcased our dedication to a holistic approach to employee welfare.
Germaene, Rose Anne, Sheila, Rowenne, and Armando were all celebrated for their remarkable performance and huge contributions to their teams.
Gian Carla, Edward Noel, Rose Ann, Rubylyn, and Ma. Cecilia were all recognized for their exceptional dedication, skill, and consistent delivery of innovative solutions.
Bea's remarkable journey with her client stands as a testament to the deep trust and confidence she has earned. Taking on complex responsibilities, she represents her client's CEO skillfully, handling tasks with a level of expertise that demonstrates deep trust and exceptional capability.
Chiqui's actions are a prime example of what it means to go above and beyond in caring for others: Organizing team activities with a personal touch, assisting co-TLs, and engaging in corporate responsibility activities.
JM earned this title through his unwavering commitment to teamwork and cooperative efforts, engaging hiring managers in the recruitment process, and his empathetic nature, coupled with his openness to feedback. All this has fostered an environment of mutual respect and humility.
Joan was celebrated for her creativity and forward-thinking in implementing new systems and processes, particularly her development of the "XBERT" program flow. Not content with just an exceptional performance, she has shown an unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries and embracing new methods to enhance our processes and achieve superior results.
These awards recognize not just personal success, but also the lively and cooperative atmosphere that we encourage. Every winner has been crucial in advancing our group, showing the traits that make us successful.
Engagement with our staff is one of our priorities: As the meeting drew to a close, it was time for our Q&A portion when we are always glad to hear from our employees.
The focus was mainly on tapping into the US market, with a keen interest in American market trends and opportunities, which will be the highlight of the next Townhall meeting. The team expressed eagerness to expand and learn more about US leadership and management practices. Additionally, there were discussions about tax shields, indicating a strategic approach to financial management.
